Is there anyway to change my Apple ID but keep keep everything I have now

Back when I first made my Apple ID ( on my iPhone 5c ) I wasn’t awear of what I was doing and I entered my then current email and by the time I figured out everything I done had all my phone numbers address and all the data for my apps tied to this email that’s not an iCloud email and have hated it every since so now I can create a new ID and have to start over with my new iphone13 or keep on using same one and keep all my info so is there anyway to get new ID and keep all my info from this one
