I got a message my Apple account could not be used to pay my cloud storage 50MB subscription. I tried to follow the instructions to update/change the credit card that has been replaced because of a possible fraud event, but cannot get to a place to delete the old card and replace it with the new one. I can see the old card in the Apple Account but nothing else.

Sign in to your Apple ID account page and edit your Apple ID details.
On the Sidebar click Payment methods -> then tap Payments Methods and tap Manage payment method.
