Junk Mail Change

About one week ago, without me changing anything in my email settings, I started getting a ton of junk mail in my iCloud mail account. I also have not changed any of my browsing or other internet habits. I am baffled. Has anyone else had this happen to them in the last month? Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should do?
