iPhone has been hacked

All started by losing my iwatch and not immediately reporting it lost because i wanted to find it. They jailbroke it and sold my info. shortly thereafter my gmail one drive containing a lot of personal info was stolen. Even after a factory hard reset, they are still able to monitor and constently reset any passwords i make. ive narrowed it down to a MITM man in the middle attack. I found "Legacy" in my device manager on my personal alienware PC. it persists through Factory reset, and has complete admin control. New iphone and new home router with both infested PCs turned off and unplugged, and STILL i can see my info being siphoned. Apple support said contact FBI and local authorities.... they have enough personal info to just contact my service provider and get any info needed. any suggestions? im thinking complete identity change and throwing out all my devices. I am not alone. I see 13 unencrypted apple connections on my network via PC. several different connections ipv6, etc, if that helps. if you have any help. My family thanks you in advnce

By hack, if you mean remotely controlling your device, then...

Keep the iPhone updated to the latest iOS always and never Jailbreak. That's it.

iOS / iPadOS devices cannot be hacked or infected with Virus / Malware / Spyware if it is updated to the latest iOS/iPadOS unless you have intentionally downloaded spurious software or unauthorized apps directly from the internet and installed on your device or/and have Jail Broken.

It (Hacking) also depends on how careful are you in sharing sensitive and valuable information pertaining to your iPhone such as Passcode, Password, etc with your friends and family members.

Be careful when sharing the device's sensitive and valuable information with friends and family members.

Thumb Rules:

  1. Enable  Guided Access before handing over an iPhone to kids
  2. Don't share Apple IDs
  3. Don't Jailbreak
  4. Don't share sensitive information pertaining to your device and payment methods
  5. Beware of Phishing
