I need to get out of enlarge e mail. Commend Q doesn’t do it,

This should UnZoom the e-mail
cmd+0 (zero) to restore normal view size.
Not sure Command + 0 works in HS but does in Monterey.
Will have to try this next time in the circa 2011 Mac Mini with HS.
My Mac zooms in by accident and I can't get back out
