Need Assistance About a App Subscription Mishap

I was just needing some assistance trying to figure out how to cancel a year long subscription to the Gaia mobile app that I did not subscribe to. Or if I somehow did, I did not in any way mean to what so ever, and I would like to un-subscribe to the 99$ yearly subscription on the app “Gaia”. And I really NEED to get my money refunded back to me, I would have never in a million years agreed on purpose to spending 99$ on a year-long membership for any app ever. Please help. Thank you
