How do I find my PUK code?
I didnāt know my SIM card passcode 3 times in a row and now it is locked. It says that I canāt access it without a PUK code. I donāt know what that is or where to find it. Help!

If you forgot or don't know your SIM PIN
Never try to guess a SIM PIN or PUK code.*Ā The wrong guess can permanently lock your SIM card, and then you would need a new SIM card. If your device asks for a PIN or code that you don't know, here's what to do:
