Apple text to android

I have an IPhone XS Max. I am suddenly receiving the following text from myself. ‘You were unable to receive a text message due to a device restriction or insufficient funds.’ Any ideas on why ?

Text messages So I just switched of from the Google Pixel 5 and now have the iPhone 12 for some reason I’m not receiving text messages from people with androids. Does anyone have this text message issue?
