OS Monterey does not load and install when I attempt to download it onto my iMac 27", 5K, 2020, OS Big Sur computer. What's up with that? Tried five times and nothing happens.

Have you downloaded macOS Monterey? Have you looked in the Applications folder or Launchpad?

It may take a moment to open. After it opens, follow the prompts to upgrade to macOS Monterey.
