Hi,
I had purchased iPhone 13 in November 2021 and I was promised that if I purchase from HDFC debit card through online apple website I would get 6k cash back after 4 months but till now I didn’t receive any.
can you please look into this why there is a delay or what is the status

Who promised you the benefit after 4 months? Was it HDFC (Debit Card issuer)? If it was HDFC that promised the benefit after 4 months, then you will have to contact HDFC with your question.
