Operating system update

Hi. My wife has a iPad Pro (9.7inc) Model number A1674. She has Operating system number 15.0.0 installed and wants to update to 15.4.1 but the download, when connected to power is not downloading. I have tried connecting to my iMac but my iMac is not seeing my device within the finder.

Please can someone help?
