yes I have search the webs and everything I found is to complex or really doesn't answer my question.


So simple question when you let Music/Itunes organize your files does it do anything to the files you already tagged in the get info menu, as well as the artwork ? Does it wipe it clean or leave it alone and if its blank , does it just add to it?

If Keep organized is turned off, and you turn it on, files may be moved and/or renamed to reflect their metadata. There is no impact on artwork. A different switch allows the library to attempt to download artwork if not found in the tag. Embedded artwork isn't removed unless you explicitly select and remove it using the Song Info dialog.

No. If Keep organized is not enabled and you, for example, correct the spelling of an artist or album, the tag will get updated with the changes, but the file and folder names stay the same. If you later turn Keep organized on, and the relevant files are inside the designated media folder, then the file and folder names can be updated where they don't match the tag. Note that .wav files don't have tags.
