As you can’t remove the App Store from your phone, you can’t install it either. It is there on the phone. You can try searching for it, or just browse until you find it.


And you really should update to iOS 15 if you truly have an iPhone 6S. And if it is an iPhone 6 or 5S you should update to 12.5.5.
