So basically my iPhone 13 pro max charges insanely slow (20 watt apple charger and 27 watt baseUS charger) unless I’m using the cable that came with my iPhone XS Max. I tried 2 new cables (type C) and the 2 bricks that i have. Why is it only fast charging on one old cable???

Are these other two cables PD (Power Delivery) rated? Same for the power adapters.

Having a phone that charges slowly can be a challenge for sure. Please take a look at this article: If your iPhone or iPod touch won't charge. Scroll to the section titled "If your device charges slowly or won’t charge."

They will not disassemble your iPhone. Take it and all of your cables and they will use diagnostics software to test your phone and the 3 cables. If one of the cables IS fast charging it is much more likely that there is a problem with the other two cables and not the phone. Do you have the boxes for the cables? Are they all the same model/number? Did you buy them all from Apple?
In that case you might want to click on the Get Support link at the top right of this page and get your iPhone tested.
If it is USB-C it isn’t that old. I would take the other cable back again.
I threw the boxes away, one cable came with the phone and the other I bought from an authorized apple retailer and i told him about the issue so he gave me another cable and still didn’t help. Is there no explanation to this? Do I not have any other choice except taking the iPhone to a service center?
They’re the original apple USB type C charging cables so I’m sure they are and so are the bricks
That article was of no help at all. My phone charges fast but only with one cable. The other ORIGINAL apple charging cables are slow.
I actually did. Also no help, they just told me to take it to a service center. I don’t wanna do that because I don’t want them to Disassemble my brand new phone

No it’s like a really old cable
Is it a Lightning to USB-A cable or Lightning to USB-C? Which power adapter are you using? Is Optimized Charging turned on?
It’s lightening to USB-C and i tried both with optimized charging on and off and got the same result, slow charging with different cables except the older cable
