Blackscreen but responsive or working touchbar

i got issue with my touchbar macbookpro 2019, i can use touchbar like esp volume or anything. the problem is my touchbar not display or blackscreen. i was try with sudo pkill TouchBarServer but still not working. and i check my activity monitoring, i cant find TouchBarServer, what wrong with my touchbar?

Macbook Touch Bar not working. I've tried various methods to try and resolve the issue, including safe mode and resetting NVRAM/PRAM. Most recently, I've tried opening Terminal and entering: sudo pkill TouchBarServer; <- Had me enter my password and seemed to work normally sudo killall “ControlStrip”; <- Gave a message saying "No matching processes were found." The other online method was to open Activity Monitor and search for Control Strip and TouchBarServer; however, neither showed up. I'm using a MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019) Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Touch Bar not working, when I press the arrow pointing left to expand it disappears this just started happening now and ive had my MacBook Pro since 2020. the Touch Bar just randomly went off and I tried to do the terminal thing to fix it and it kind of worked. now that its on when i try to expand it by tapping the left arrow icon it disappears again and only pops up randomly. so I cannot use the other functions besides the brightness and volume settings.

I was try apple diagnostic, the result is no problem on or issue fond on my macbook.

the question is the problem with my hardware or sofware like driver and something else
