Regular iphone 13 lagging

So it’s been less than a month when I got this brand new iphone 13 which I love and it’s been pretty good so far everything seems perfectly fine and it’s really smooth and fast but there’s a problem, when I play a game or just common use, after 5 minutes of use my phone starts lagging and it’s annoying, and I’m pretty sure this shouldn’t happen and it stops becoming smooth and all, this happens everyday and I don’t know what I should do about it and it also makes the phone unusable at a point that the screen becomes black and can’t swipe to go to the home screen. Any help?
