Is it possible to do a factory reset on my Mac mini and keep MS Office that was installed by apple? If it isn't possible how do I disassociate my accounts from the Mac mini? I am giving my computer to my mother so I can purchase apple iPad.

They are the developer of the software. Ask them which uninstaller to use. Once uninstalled, perform the reset. Start Here: Microsoft Contact Us Virtual Agent - Microsoft Support. Perform a chat session with Microsoft using a computer, as it would be more user-friendly doing so
