What is the meaning of the code (4000)?
I want to update my iphone to the latest ios,but the error was occured and show (4000) code

Guess you use a Windows PC, if so check als the AV & Firewall on the PC.
Disable your AV & Firewalls temporarily while you restore & update your apple device.
If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.
