Yes, it was only the iPod that didn’t have sound on all type of music,
downloaded, purchased and streaming.
I had it for almost 2 years, and never had any problem with it from
the moment it was turn on.
I think it working now. I turn off the Dolby Atmos. I think this happen
after the upgrade!
Thank you!

Hi Bpxr,
We see you're having some trouble with audio on your iPod, and it seems to be happening with Apple Music content and iTunes Store purchases. Is that right?
Does this happen with both headphones and the iPod built-in speakers?
Also, does it happen with any other apps, or only Music?
These steps below are from the resource titled If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker, and they could be helpful:
Clean your receivers and speakers
Remove all screen protectors, films, or cases from your device. Check the speaker opening to see if it's blocked or dirty. On iPhone only, make sure that the receiver is not blocked or dirty. If necessary, clean the speaker or receiver opening with a small, soft-bristled brush. Make sure that the brush is clean and dry.
Check the sound on your device
Go to Settings > Sounds (or Settings > Sounds & Haptics), and drag the Ringer and Alerts slider back and forth a few times. If you don't hear any sound, or if your speaker button on the Ringer and Alerts slider is dimmed, your speaker might need service. Contact Apple Support for iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
Try making a call
If you hear sound, try making a call with your iPhone and turn on speakerphone. On iPad or iPod touch, make a FaceTime call. If you still can't hear, or hear static or crackling, then your network or reception could be the issue. Try to call again later, or from a different location.
Let us know how it goes. Take care.
Bpxr,
To make sure we understand correctly, you can hear your music from the Apple Music app on your iPhone and iPad. You can also hear sounds from other apps on your iPod, but you're not able to hear when you try and listen to music from the Apple Music app on your iPod.
If we have a clear understanding of the issue, it sounds like you've already taken some incredible isolation steps. Great job!
Before you remove the Music app from your iPod, let's look at a few other possible resolutions.
We look forward to learning more.
Regards.
The speakers and earphones had no sound with the Apple Music.
All the other apps. and devices like iPhone, iPads had sound with the Apple Music
app. It’s only the iPod that have no sound when played and the sound
doesn’t transfer to the Bluetooth in the stereo speakers and car. Should
I remove the app and add it again without missing my music in the cloud
downloaded and purchased with Apple Music app.?… and on the other
devices, like the iPhone and IPad?
