Hello! I was trying to add funds to my apple ID via net banking SBI. The payment had been deducted from my account but it’s not in my apple wallet.

My apple ID is ******@gmail.com

I was trying to add funds to my apple wallet. My sbi bank has deducted me the amount ₹575 but my apple wallet did not received it.

Wondering which account you added the funds to:


ie ... Apple ID Balance (1) for Apple services, music, apps etc.

or

Apple Pay's "Apple Cash" balance (2) for use in the Wallet app.

(1) Your Apple ID is the account you use to access Apple services,

like the App Store, Apple Music, iCloud, iMessage, FaceTime, and more.


It includes the email address and password you use to sign in,

as well as the contact, payment, and security details you use across Apple services. 


Apple support have articles online (click the blue links below) that may help with your Apple ID account.

    • On your iPhone, open the Wallet app, tap your Apple Cash card, then tap the More button .

From here, you can see your balance, the Privacy Policy, and the Terms and Conditions.

To make sure that your balance is up to date, you need a cellular or Wi-Fi connection.
