iMac shut down

Why after IMac shuts down and you restart does a drop down menu asking you to report the problem.

I clicked on report and wondered if I shouldn't have?

iMac not shutting down properly Whenever I restart my iMac after having manually shut it down fully, I get a message saying “You shut down you computer because of a problem” and then asks me if I want to reopen all my previous applications. Please see: If your Mac restarts and a message appears - Apple Support. You should report these to Apple as you did.
