I TRIED TO download an apple app but was unable to do so as the configuration does not list my iMac as a device, have Monterey 12.3.1 loaded in computer?
iMac 21.5″, macOS 12.3
I am not sure I understand what is happening. Please provide a screen shot of the error message you are getting (use 2nd the icon to the far right, the one that looks like mountains next to the right arrow icon) to attach your screen shot. Then we can get a better understanding of what is happening.
