How do I get an older version of Safari back?

I have an older MacPro desktop quad tower. The most recent version of the OS that in can take is Mojave 10.14.3. Sadly, a family member was trying to be helpful and upgrade me to a more recent version of the browser and they managed to wipe out my Safari altogether and downloaded the newest version which doesn't work on my desktop. Is there a way without re-installing the entire OS to get the version of Safari I need to run my email?

I've also tried to get my apple mail to work with other browsers but I keep getting an error code when I sign in that says something went wrong (it doesn't say what went wrong.)

Help!

Mac Pro, macOS 10.14

I have several thoughts to share with you. First, Safari is only installed as part of the computer's operating system, It cannot be individually installed or removed. Second, Safari was not wiped out. You will find its icon in the Applications folder. You can drag it to the Dock to create an Alias to use there. Safari is known for not working with certain web sites. This problem is erratic and does not affect all computers. When this occurs, the easy solution is to use another browser for problem web sites. They seem to always work. If you are unable to access the mail's web site, I would carefully double check what user ID and password you are using. That is usually the problem. Good luck.
