Your car may not support it. You would need to check exactly what it works with. You can use iTunes to export an m3u playlist, but that would refer to the tracks on the original paths on your computer. It would likely need editing to use relative paths that would work with the content on the CD, and iTunes doesn't have a way to add in extra content.
You might be able to use Windows itself to burn a data CD of the existing structure of the album in Windows Explorer, so that you benefit from leading track and disc numbers for example. If you look at the MP3 CD in Windows Explorer what details do you see? E.g. Is it song names without track numbers? A flat folder structure or something else? I'm not sure I've got any blank CDs for testing with here or I'd try some experiments.
