Safari not displaying recaptcha images correctly

I am unable to properly complete a recaptcha request as the images are repeated & unclickable. This happens in Safari on both my MacBook Air & my iPhone 12. If I go to a different browser on either, it functions correctly. Photo below.

MacBook Air (2020 or later)
