No, sorry. The model MGG52BT/A corresponds to a White and silver 16GB 5th Generation iPod touch which does not support any iOS version past 9.3.5.

I believe you have the iPod touch 5th generation which maxes out at iOS 9.3.5. To check if you have an available update, go to settings > general > software update. Install any updates from there.
