how do i use the “log health sample” feature in shortcuts to let me enter headache severity

So i can use the “log health sample” function to register that a headache was present, but i can’t figure out a way to pass the severity on to the health app.

is there a way using menu or lists? Did apple just not allow that level of data in shortcuts for certain symptoms?

You can enter it manually, by going to ‘add data’ under the headache symptom, but its a lot of clicks. Just the kind of action for a shortcut.

this is something i want to track without resorting to apps that want my health and other data.
