Just do not let it drain to Zero. Else everything is fine. You may charge as many times as you want. Do not worry, iPhones will not overcharge.

There's nothing specifically bad about using an iPhone even until it automatically shuts down at 0%. It would take at the very least several weeks before it reaches a deep discharge state, as there is going to be a certain safety margin. I've personally done that several times on my current iPhone battery, which is reading out as 92% battery health with nearly 600 cycles.

Not likely. It certainly wouldn't damage it, but there might be a few things that might marginally improve battery longevity. However, it's a lot of hassle given how easy and inexpensive it is to just replace a battery. I just use it on battery power and charge it whenever I find it convenient, then use it whenever I feel like using it. However, I also carry around a USB power bank, and that helps a bit with anxiety about battery charge capacity.

Troubleshooting a Battery Charge:

Check the Battery Health:

If the Battery Health is below 80%, then it will drain fast. Unfortunately, there is no way of knowing why the Battery Health degrades. All batteries are prone to eventually fail.

80% Battery Health:

Note that once the Battery Health reaches 80%, Apple recommends you get a new battery. So, see what it says.

so may I know Why this? or warning for my battery?

The little lightning symbol specifies when it's been connected to a power source. It won't specify how powerful it is, and some low power sources can provide a small amount of power while the battery charge level still drops while it's being used.
