My partner who was the 'leader' of our icloud account, passed away this year. I would like to close his part of the account and continue on my own but would like to download any photos etc that are stored. How do I go about that. I have access.?

We have a family sharing iCloud

account. My partner who was the main person passed away this year. I would like to change this arrangement and download photos etc before changing to be just in my name. I have access to it all.

How do I go about this?

**Apple Contact Info:

  • Proceed from there, as necessary
  • Why the Wait: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
