Why is my brand new iPhone 13 pro 256gb lagging while charging?

I just a new iPhone 13 pro 256gb around 1 week ago from usa. Now it is lagging while pluged to a 20W charger. Why is it does any one know?

Are you using an Apple manufactured or an approved charger and cable? If NOT, then try another charging adapter and cable.
