Question Mark Folder at startup

Hello,

I have this issue that almost every time I turn on my MacBook (Retina 12-Inch, 2016) it shows the question mark folder. I have followed all steps that https://support.apple.com/startup provides but nothing seems to work.

I reinstall the MacOS but still, I even reset the hole computer but nothing.

The disk aid doesn’t show any errors.

I’m getting worried that maybe the startup disk get damage in someway because of repeating the same process everyday. I cannot even out my Mac to “sleep” or close it because then the disk cannot be found looks like.

I want some piece of advice, if someone had have the same issue please help.

What you guys think? Better go to service?
