I was logged in on my iPhone with my Apple ID but I gave it to another person without deleting it. Is there any possibility to delete this Apple ID when I don't know the password and I don't have a phone? I have access to email connected of course.

If you forgot the Apple ID (iCloud) password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get a Rescue or Notification email option. Link to contact Apple Support at the end of the 2nd article.
