Notifications stopped showing

After updating to the iOS 15, I don’t see notifications from some of my apps. My health app isn’t even showing the notification slide at all. I reinstalled my WhatsApp and installed again but anytime I restart the phone it does the same thing.

Sometimes I do not receive notifications from any app on iPhone 13 mini Sometimes some of the applications do not send notification, such as whatsapp or instagram. If I receive a text or a call from these apps I do not see anything until I open the app by myself. It happens nearly with any app (mail, facetime etc) but its more apparent with others since I use them a lot. notification settings on these apps are normal everything is turned on and I have no idea why this is happening. I don't receive notifications from apps I stopped receiving notifications from some apps. They started working after I uninstalled and reinstalled apps, but I don't want to do that every time. And now notifications from the standard messaging application do not come, it cannot be deleted. I only see a red circle with the number of posts, but there is no banner at the top of the screen. Focusing is not enabled, settings have not been changed. How to solve this problem? It is very important.

To rule out a software issue, set your phone back to factory settings, using your computer.

Then set it up manually, without using the backup see if it is working as expected.

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support

If it works again, restore from the latest backup to get all your data and settings back.
