Hulu was included in my Sprint plan when I first signed up. I just Never downloaded it. Now I did am I’m still gonna be charged for it? It’s included in my phone plan!

When I opened a phone account with Sprint I was told that Hulu was included with my plan! I just never downloaded it. I was informed again by an agent this past week when I did an upgrade about the Hulu offer, therefore I downloaded it. Why am I NOW gonna be charged for it??
