I cannot add my AZ drivers license to my Apple Wallet

I have an iPhone 13 pro. I live in AZ and have had an AZ drivers license since 2006.

I followed all the instructions to add my ID on this page: Add your driver's license or state ID to Apple Wallet - Apple Support. There is no option for me to "Tap Driver's License or State ID" (see photo)

The only thing I can think of is my area code for my phone number is 440. Ive kept it since I moved when I was in high school. But AZ is made up of mostly people that moved from out of state and plenty of people keep their phone numbers nowadays. Surely, they considered this and this cannot be the issue...

Nevermind, even though I had automatic updates turned on my phone was not automatically updating... I ran an update and the problem was fixed. Hopefully this will answer anyone else's issues if they have the same problem.

I found the steps to add my AZ drivers license easy with the Apple procedure. My issues began with the AZ MVD requirement to have ‘enhanced verification’. Their procedures are ridiculous & their web site made it impossible to compete the process. I tried 2 separate times to add my picture following their procedure and I ended up getting locked out of the AZ web site for too many tries! The verification steps were ridiculous too. Too difficult so I am waiting for a return call from them ( my case was elevated) for support. It is not worth my time & effort. But I am going to complain to AZMVDNow. Leave it to AZ to complicate what should be an easy procedure.
