iPhone XS Max keeps freezing

Hi all,

My XS Max has started becoming completely unresponsive today (about 10 times so far). Sometimes the screen completely freezes and everything stops, other times it continues whatever content is on the screen - along with sound. In both situations it doesn't register touch or buttons and the only way to get out of it is to hard reset the device. Sometimes it takes a good 20 minutes before it freezes again, others just 1 minute. Sometimes, after leaving it a while, it seems to respring indefinitely and other times it turns off itself.

It doesn't seem to be related to doing anything intensive - just froze checking my battery health, but also frozen mid clash royale a few times. I haven't wiped it yet, but I will do if there aren't any other suggestions.

Running iOS 15.4.1(for a few days I believe)

Battery health is 81% (which still supports peak perfomance capabilities)
