I had a free trial YouTube Premium, which I've never used, and now $11.99 keeps getting charged through my PayPal Account, but when I login I can't see "Paid Memberships" in order to deactivate, and it's showing I don't have any subscriptions - Paid Memberships is not an option on my YouTube phone app either. Can you please cancel this!

Is it being charged through PayPal or is it being charged through Apple? If it is not through Apple, you'll need to reach out to Google or PayPal for support.
