Error 9 and locked phone while updating iPhone 5 to iOS 10.3.4
My phone (iphone 5) has been locked on updating ios 10.3.4!

Try a Hard Reset:
Press and hold both the power button and the home button until the Apple logo ( ) appears.
- Connect your iPhone to your computer using a USB cable. Locate your device on your computer.
- When you see the option to update or restore, click Update — not Restore — to reinstall the software and keep your personal data.
