Hi everytime i send or receive it says sent or seen 8hours ago although i just sent it now
is there anyway to fix this

That is not the Apple Messages app. It is a third-Party messaging app. For example, FaceBook Messenger, SnapChat etc. You will have to contact the support website of that app that you are using for messages.
