imessage broken

kicked me out of iMessage for all my devices cant sign out or in iMessage in inactive and says waiting for activation and gives me 0 options to try and activate.

Unable to send iMessages to myself on my iPhone X When sending a "text" message to myself using my iPhone X, it only sends SMS messages (green bubble). I cannot send iMessage (blue bubble) to myself using my iPhone. There is no issue with sending iMessages to all my other contacts, the only issue is with sending to myself when using my iPhone X with iOS 16.0.2 installed. I am able to send iMessages (blue bubble) from my MBP 2015 and 2021 versions all the time with no issues. After syncing, my iPhone X shows MBP iMessage with blue bubbles. Follow all steps here If you can’t turn on or sign in to iMessage or FaceTime - Apple Support
