Cannot open pdf file

trying to open pdf attachment, get message preview not available..??

Ask the sender to send it again. Please ask the sender if he has made these pdf files using some app that is not compatible with Acrobat. Or you may also try to open the attachment using Acrobat Reader if the preview is not available.
