Restore from a Backup:
Did you ever create a backup of your iPhone using iCloud or your computer? If so, restore you iPhone from it. If not, take this as a learning experience, knowing to always backup your device every-so-often. That way, you'll have something to restore your iPhone form should anything go wrong in the future, such as data loss.
