When I tried to update an app it’s showin me a different iCloud password that I have never seen that password before so won’t let me update an app

That app was probably downloaded with a different Apple ID. This is why you are being asked to enter the password to that associated Apple ID when you attempt to update it.

Did you purchase this iPhone as a second hand item? Was this iPhone sold/given to you with it already setup?
