Is it possible to "copy" an album to Google Photos?

I have an large number of photos saved in One Album on icloud.

Im in need to send a copy of this huge collection to a Google users.

Is it possible to ask for a transfer, a copy from icloud to google? I dont wanna make an Move, i want to save the collection on icloud but the other users doesnt have icloud account.
