synchronising problems across devices

I have an iPhone SE, a MacBook Air bought last year, and a new iPad 2021, 9th Generation. I can't get the iPad to sync with the other two - specifically the calendar, books, and numbers. Also, when I start to address emails on the iPhone and iPad there is no autofill. Used to work on the phone, since I bought the iPad it doesn't. Help please!

Make sure that all devices use the same Apple ID and that iCloud settings allow syncing on the iPad. (Settings > Apple ID > iCloud)
