account suspended

Hi, I had to cancel my payment method in Itunes and App store, due to an app that authorized a subscription for itself. Problem is my account is now suspended.

I've tried logging out of my account and logging in again, no luck.

Then changed my password, logging in again, no luck. It continues to say that my account is suspended and to contact support.

I've tried entering new card details in the payment method option, but it says account suspended.

Feels like I'm moving around in circles here. Any help please?

Apple ID Disabled:

First, you need to reset your Apple ID password.


If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes," contact Apple Support for help. 
