My account is suspended

How do I find out how to get my account unsuspended? Someone used my account and we got money refunded through the bank, but they suspended my account. I can’t even download free apps!

My account has been suspended and I can’t download apps. My account has been suspended and I can’t download apps. I’m not sure why. I had some fraudulent purchases and I had the bank fix it.
