I traded in an iPhone XR to purchase an iPhone 13. It was approved and I received an e-invoice for $260, but only received $120.

I sent in my iPhone 11 and got a confirmation email saying that they received the iPhone and will be sending me $212 for the trade in. My credit card says I was charged $212, so I contacted support who told me I was “refunded” and sent me the invoice where it says I was actually CHARGED $212. refund for traded in iphone I traded my iphone 6S for a iphone XR. I received a box with instructions to send it in. I did that but have not received the refund that they promised for my old phone.

Trade in Hi, I have recently paid £216 for secured trade in value for a new iPhone that will be financed, but I'm confused as to how it works. Do they refund me this money once I've traded in my phone and they've inspected it to confirm its worth the full value?
