IOS update

My microphone isn’t working at all. Have tried turning phone on and off.

Have checked in microphone settings and they are all turned on.

Have tried taking videos and using siri and it just won’t work.

When I receive calls they can’t hear me and I can’t hear them, speaker button doesn’t work either.

please someone help!

Hi,

Force restart the phone.

Try updating the phone by Settings- General- Software Update.

Check your bluetooth settings.. It may connected to some of your Bluetooth devices near by.
