There isn't enough space on the status bar because of the notch. However, you don't need to use a widget to view it. You can see the percentage in the control center by swiping down.

Show the battery percentage on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch:
On iPhone 13 and other iPhone models with Face ID (iPhone X and later), the battery percentage appears in Control Center. Just swipe down from the top-right corner of your display.

This is a user-to-to user forum. No one here is going to send your complaints to anyone. I gave the you the feedback link above. You can send your own complaint.
You'll have to send a complaint yourself, using the link IdrisSeabright has provided. You have mistaken this user forum for an Apple support area.
What you want and what iOS provides are different things. As we have both explained to you, the percentage is visible when you swipe downwards from the top right corner.

No, my reply is not "against the quality assurance and guideline of Apple". I gave you a possible workaround and the correct link to provide your feedback to Apple. As a fellow user, there is nothing else I can do. No one here in this user-to-user forum can make any changes in the way iOS works.
